Developing Sensuality: The Touch-Movement Workshop for Couples (and not only)

We almost stopped touching each other, we dance, hug, sometimes have sex ... But what does my body say when I begin to listen to myself on a deeper level, come into contact with it? Have all of my needs been answered? Are all my emotions expressed? Can I share my lively emotions with my partner without fear that it will be difficult for him to withstand it? We will move towards each other from the depths of our hearts, train contact from our centers. We will carefully and gradually recognize the body of our partner through touch. We will not learn choreography or massage techniques, but we will create a safe space to express our needs and emotions. For couples, partners, friends. The workshop is designed for three intensive hours. The continuation is possible.
